The rules that apply when you create an account, run a hotel location, or use Dinevanta services.

These terms apply when you access or use Dinevanta, including the website, dashboard, guest ordering experience, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Dinevanta for a hotel or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping login credentials secure, and for activity performed through your account. You may create and manage hotel locations, service areas, menus, staff access, and related operational settings. You are responsible for ensuring that staff access is appropriate for each person’s role.
Dinevanta may offer a free plan that lets you create and operate an initial location within the limits shown in the product. Paid plans, prices, included features, usage limits, billing periods, and any annual discounts are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Taxes may apply where required.
You remain responsible for the menus, prices, descriptions, images, hotel information, staff information, and other content you add to Dinevanta. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You are also responsible for deciding what guest information your hotel collects through the service and for using that information lawfully.
You may not use Dinevanta to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse rate limits, or use the platform in a way that could harm guests, hotels, Dinevanta, or other users. You may not resell or copy the service except where we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We work to keep Dinevanta reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security work, third-party failures, internet issues, and other events may affect the service. We may improve, replace, add, or remove features when reasonably necessary. Material changes that significantly affect paid use will be communicated when practical.
You may cancel a paid subscription according to the billing controls available in your account or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. We may suspend or terminate access when required for security, legal compliance, non-payment, serious misuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Dinevanta provides software that helps hotels manage guest ordering and service operations. The hotel remains responsible for its own services, food and product information, pricing, fulfilment, staff actions, guest communication, and legal obligations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dinevanta is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms as Dinevanta changes or as legal requirements evolve. The updated date above will show the latest version.
